Simply Phuket is operated by AH Real Estate Company Limited (registration 0835567002613), Phuket, Thailand. This page tells you what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Booking details: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, pickup address, flight number and the people travelling.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, including your WhatsApp name and number.
• Payment status from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Why we use it

• To make and run your booking, and to send you confirmations.
• To give the operator and driver what they need for your trip.
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The tour or transfer operator for your booking.
• Opn (Omise), which processes payments.
• Meta (WhatsApp), which carries our WhatsApp messages.
• Service providers that host our site, database and email.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as Thai accounting law requires. We delete chat messages and contact details you ask us to delete, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Delete your data

Send “delete my data” on WhatsApp to +66 82 218 1122 from the number you used with us, and include your booking code if you have one. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm on WhatsApp.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us on WhatsApp at +66 82 218 1122.
